Now, dear fellow-puzzlers, a small apology.  The words given in last week's puzzle are COMPOUNDS, not true portmanteaus, as I discovered recently while working on the quite wonderful PUZZLEUP #33.

This months them is therefore compounds.  My bad.  New compound-themed puzzle tomorrow.
